Refund Policy
Appointments made and reserved online are non-refundable. To reschedule an appointment booked online, simply contact your center. You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by ADD Health and Wellness Centers, Inc. within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
