Out of Town Treatment Packages

ADD Health and Wellness Centers, Inc. is dedicated to serving families with ADD/ADHD. Our Centers are located in Boston, MA and Dallas, TX with additional locations planned in the future throughout the US. If the nearest center is out of your reach, we offer an affordable and flexible treatment package especially designed for out of town clients. The Out of Town Treatment Package offers a convenient and flexible treatment option to receive the individualized care we provide at ADD Health and Wellness Centers. The Out of Town Treatment Package consists of the following options:

Two Day Package - Full Neuropsychological Testing

May be completed in either 2 or 2 ½ days dependent upon client capabilities, testing needs, client time constraints, etc.

Day 1 - Full Day
- Includes Initial Intake visit (1.5 hours)
- 3 - 5 hours for testing
Day 2 - Full Day
- 2 hours allowed for additional testing if needed and/or initial test analysis
- 1 hour visit with psychologist to review findings and treatment options
- 1 hour visit with physician/psychiatrist for treatment plan formation
- 1 hour clinician planning session
- 1 hour Individual Ancillary Service dependent upon recommendations
  (This may include Adult or Child Coach, Study Skills Tutor, Nutritional
  Consult.)

One Day Package - COMPLETE COGNITIVE ASSESSMENT (With Report)

Includes:

1 hour-- Intake (history and background) by psychologist
1 Hour-- Cognitive Assessment by psychologist
1 Hour-- Complex Medical Assessment by psychiatrist
1 Hour-- Nutritional Assessment with Supplement Recommendations by psychologist/psychiatrist
1 Hour-- Treatment Findings and Treatment Recommendations with psychologist
3 Hours-- Written Report by psychologist

The Center will assist families with securing their travel and lodging reservations. Each Center will have negotiated rates with local hotels and transportations services.
