Mr. James Crawford joins ADD Health and Wellness Centers with over 30 years of healthcare management experience in both acute care and medical rehabilitation, including traumatic brain injury and wound care. Jim has served in Senior Executive roles having been appointed Vice President and President for hospitals and rehabilitation facilities in New York and Pennsylvania as well as several multi-facility health care companies with nation-wide scope.
Jim earned a Bachelor Degree from Valparaiso University before receiving his Masters of Business Administration from Wagner College in Staten Island, NY. In addition, he received a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary in Princeton, NJ and ultimately earned a Doctor of Ministry from Lancaster Theological Seminary in Lancaster, PA.
Jim Crawford brings a wealth of experience and vision to ADD Health and Wellness Centers and is responsible for the operations and development of all current and future programs.
Gillian Botha-Harvey was previously the Head of the Department of Innovative Programs and the Regional Clinics Manager for the San Mateo Medical Center and Clinics. She was also the Director of the Forensic Psychiatric Center in Virginia, and the Regional Service Chief for Forensic Psychiatric Services in New York City. She initially qualified and worked as a licensed Clinical Psychologist in South Africa, taught at the University of Natal Medical School, and was Supervising Psychologist in the Department of Psychology at King George V Hospital. She brings a background of education, psychology, and healthcare management, and leadership skills in healthcare systems reengineering, process improvement, and healthcare service design and implementation.
