Integrative Care Package

Our Integrative Care Package is the most accurate and effective method for the diagnosis and treatment of attention deficit disorders, attention and memory problems, and coexisting disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar and conduct problems. This four to five month program includes a comprehensive assessment battery and an integrated treatment program, which treats the whole person and their family. Our multidisciplinary treatment team which includes Psychologists, Physicians, Coaches, and Nutritional Counselors, all under one roof, develop treatment goals with each client and an individualized treatment plan, which is regularly reviewed and updated to ensure that the client achieves optimal results.

2.5 Initial Cognitive Assessment including:
- Interview (history & background)
- Cognitive testing
- Feedback, and treatment planning -Development of a personalized Treatment Plan to guide treatment goals and objectives
1 Hour Comprehensive Medical/Nutritional Evaluation
- Psychopharmacology / Nutritional Evaluation
- Medication education / medication prescribed if requested
- Medication alternatives or supplementation - supplements recommended
(26) Unit Pool to be used for any of following assessment / treatment services. The psychologist and psychiatrist conducting the Cognitive and Comprehensive Medical Visit will recommend the type of service the client needs and the number of sessions that should be planned for:
- Individual Treatment Services
  - Psychotherapy (3 units)
  - Medication follow up (3 units)
  - Couples/family therapy (3 units)
  - Comprehensive report for school (3 units)
  - School/home visits (3 to 6 units)
  - Nutritional counseling (2 units)
  - Personality/psychological assessment (3 units)
  - Coaching (2 units)
- Group Treatment Services
  - Psychotherapy Group (4 units)
  - Social Skills Training (4 units)
  - Parent Coaching (4 units)
  - Strategies Group-adult (4 units)
  - Coaching Group-children (4 units)
Nutritional Supplements - Package includes two supplements (30-day supply) that will include one Baseline multivitamin and one supplement based on specific therapeutic needs.
Enrollment in Recall - ADDHW computerized tracking system to monitor progress
