- Complimentary Consultation
- Initial Assessment including:
- Interview session
- Cognitive testing
- Feedback, and treatment planning - Design of a personalized Treatment Plan to guide treatment goals and objectives
- 1 Hour Comprehensive Medical Visit
- 15 Hours of selected therapies such as coaching, therapy, couples/family counseling, strategies groups, social skills groups, school meetings, and parent training sessions
- Enrollment in Recall, an ADDHW computerized tracking system to monitor progress
- ½ Hour Cognitive Retesting at month 6
- 3 monthly medication and/or nutrition follow up visits
- Nutritional counseling and supplementation recommendations
- Nutritional Supplements - Package includes 2 supplements (30-day supply) that will include one Baseline multivitamin and one based on specific therapeutic needs.
